Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic shipping (Australia): We ship via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
International shipping: International orders are shipped via Australia Post International. Estimated delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
