Consultations

We offer two ways to begin your commission journey — whatever works best for you.

In Person
For your convenience, private consultations are held in professional, quiet meeting rooms with in a local community spaces. This is a wonderful opportunity to discuss your vision face-to-face, view material samples, and explore design ideas together. In-person consultations are by appointment only.

Via Email
Prefer to work remotely? The entire commission process can be completed through email — from initial concept through to final approval. Simply reach out and we'll guide you through each step at your own pace.

Timeframes

Commission pieces typically take 4–8 weeks from design approval to completion. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Pricing

Pricing varies depending on materials, complexity, and design. Custom pieces start from $1500. Get in touch for a personalised quote.

Remodelling Service

Have gold, gems, or sentimental jewellery that deserves a new life? We offer a remodelling service where we work with your existing materials to create something entirely new.

Whether it's a family heirloom, an old engagement ring, or loose stones you've been holding onto — we can transform them into a piece you'll love and wear every day.

A note on gold: In some cases, existing gold may need to be purchased at scrap price, with a credit applied toward the new materials required for your piece. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis and will always be discussed with you upfront. Our aim is always to repurpose as much of your sentimental material as possible — the story behind your jewellery matters to us just as much as the finished piece.
