How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your pieces looking their best: store in the provided pouch or box when not wearing, avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and chemicals, remove before swimming or exercising, and clean gently with a soft cloth.
What sizes are your earrings?

Can I get a piece engraved or customised?
Please contact us to discuss custom or engraved orders. Note that personalised items are non-returnable.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic delivery via Australia Post takes 3–7 business days standard, or 1–3 business days express. International orders typically take 7–21 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 10 days of delivery on unworn, unaltered items in original packaging. Worn or engraved items cannot be returned. Please see our full Return Policy for details.
